Cancellations

Please note that once we’ve confirmed your appointment, we have allotted time in our schedule to take care of your child’s needs. If you wish to cancel your appointment less than 24 of your service date and time, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 15%. If appointment is cancelled with less than 4 hours remaining of your service date and time, you will not receive a refund.

To avoid incurring a cancellation charge, we recommend you give us notice at least 24 before your scheduled appointment.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment by emailing us at drsnallapati@gmail.com. We will be happy to re-schedule your appointment.

No Show/Late

We are very understanding that life sometimes gets in the way and it is natural to be late sometimes. However, as with all things, there are limits. If you are more than 30 minutes late to the appointment, you will be considered a no show and will be cancelled.

If you have not paid in full at least 15 minutes before the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled.

If you think you will be late, please contact Dr. Nallapati immediately at drsnallapati@gmail.com to see if an exception can be made to re-schedule (see cancellation policy above).

If you are later (by more than 30 minutes) or a no show, your payment is forfeit.
