This policy explains what information turtlepediatrics.com collects and how it is used. It covers this website only. Information you share as a patient, in the patient portal or during visits, is handled separately and is described in the documents you receive when you become a patient.

Who we are

Turtle Pediatrics is the telehealth practice of Dr. Spandana Nallapati, MD, a developmental-behavioral pediatrician seeing families in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You can reach us at drsnallapati@turtlepediatrics.com or (640) 225-3072.

What this website collects

  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google collects data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. We do not use it to identify you.
  • Cookies. The site uses cookies for analytics and to remember your cookie choice. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Consent Preferences” button at the bottom of the page.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser information when you load a page. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

This website has no contact form and no account sign-up. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Booking and the patient portal

The “Book a free call” and “Patient portal” buttons take you to SimplePractice, the secure platform we use for scheduling and patient records. Anything you enter there is handled by SimplePractice under their own privacy policy, not by this website.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use your contact details only to reply to you. Please do not send detailed medical information by regular email. Use the patient portal instead.

Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

This website is written for parents and caregivers. It is not meant to collect information from children.

Your choices

You can reject analytics cookies in the cookie banner, clear cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. To ask a question about this policy or about information we hold, email drsnallapati@turtlepediatrics.com.

Changes
